    Great proper boozer, enthusiastic landlord serving great beer in an old fashioned type pub that doesn't do food apart from pies from the butchers next door and crisps! Entertainment most weekends include live bands or Discos/Karaoke

    Great atmosphere, good beer. Frequented by a lot of bikers, can be scary at first but the are so lovely, chatty and friendly. Don't let the bikers put you off they'll make you feel welcome and you'll have a great. Live bands at the weekend is a big bonus here.
