I don’t know how a bar tender can sit thwir mocking me for not buying alcahol . She was rude and trying to embarace a 18 year old girl on her own is wrong . Never met a more rude nasty and disrespectful pearson in my life and it’s amazing how she still has the job their with an attitude like that . 0-10 wouldn’t go again if you paid me to
Went in to use the bathroom, couldn’t see anyone who worked there so had a look and was about to go in.. a dark haired lady in a long black coat asked me if I was ok I said yes just looking for the bathroom she replied with “would be nice to ask” I apologised and used the bathroom. She didn’t look like she worked there as wasn’t wearing uniform as was in a long black coat.. pretty rude to be honest, can clearly see I’m pregnant. Overall wouldn’t go back for drink or food as staff clearly not approachable. As I was leaving she shouted “yeah bye” not the kind of atmosphere you’d like to be in.
The place is lovely real family pub down to earth Friendly The staff are lovely The landlady is a delight Really there for her community Highly recommended

Nice traditional pub. No special frills that I noticed but a nice place to spend a few hours catching up with an old friend.
