A terrible musty smell pervades this establishment, original features such as carpets can be found here. My pint was fine and cheap enough and staff were happy enough but if the kitchen is anything like the front of house i will choose to remain hungry. Toilets were amazingly acceptable (im fairly forgiving - see picture) Its alright

The full English breakfast was great. The staff were nice. The inside decore and furniture were grim. The floor and menus and table tips were sticky. It was OK.

A traditional English pub, with the classic smell of stale beer throughout. Somewhat dark and drab aesthetic. Could do with a revamp. Although the service was fine and the food pretty decent. A vast array of choices on the food menu with good vegetarian options. The big TVs were showing tennis to the contentment of the loud sports fans.

Everyone I know un Warrington advice this nice place. You will have a large breakfast and refilled coffee with a good price. The staff are nice and provide good service. It's good to have the relaxing time with your friend to have a gathering in the morning.

Bar + upstairs room + corner balcony. Had 2 real ales 1 excellent the other tasted of blackcurrant. The pub needs a clean+ coat of paint .

The girls behind the bar act like they don't want to be there their attitudes are extremely standoffish & look & seem like they really can't be bothered. I ordered my friend & my food, we waited say 20 mins her food came out I'd ordered a garlic bread mine never came so I went & asked she said we've got none I said well I've paid she said has nobody told you so I said no, then someone eventually bought me my cash back no apologies nothing the service is a disgrace the staff are rude & off like they don't want be there it's terrible never going in again EVER, bad attitudes no manners no smiles nothing it's terrible it needs some staff training on how to be professional & smile & be welcoming, I've been a head waitress I know my stuff, this bunch are terrible rude ignorant & very unhelpful

Unfortunately this place is not up to scratch. Staff are lovely and friendly. Food and drinks are abysmal. Came out cold, undercooked & greasy. And the drinks were uncarbonated and watery. Venue desperately needs an update... think witherspoons but extra dirty, worn and sticky everywhere. The only reason is it two star and not one is because the staff were genuinely lovely.

I enjoyed this pub, the 2 storey layout is great and also has a good outside seating area too. Very reasonable prices for drinks too
