   Slow service there own drivers come in and jump que lots of drivers outside waiting on dubble yellows don't give you a ruff idea on when you'll be unloaded but it seems to be around 2 hours per truck

   SIG contacted me one Friday to say I was going to have delivery of my products on the Monday which I thought great, had abit of banter with the guy and thought cracking I can get on. I rang them around 5pm on the Monday and got through to a guy called Lee. Lee wouldn't give me any details about my delivery as I 'wasnt their customer", which I found bizarre. I informed Lee that another guy in the office (he did say his name but I can't remember it) rang me on the Friday and said today, hence why I was ringing to say if it's another day it wasn't a problem but I wouldn't be in tomorrow. I ordered through insulation express who seem to have sourced the material from SIG. Lee got in touch with them but didn't cc me in as discussed after I gave him the order details and contact. The next day I contacted insulation express who said they had been told SIG rang me and I didn't answer therefore delivery wasn't arrange which was a complete and blatant lie! After further chasing in the week it became apparent SIG had a shortage of one of the materials, be this from damage or sent to another client (I suspect the latter). Over a week later I had part delivery and ended up cancelling the remainder of my order as no delivery date was confirmed. This lead me to go to Travis Perkins who delivered when they said they would. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is the delivery driver was very helpful and a top guy. Desk staff on the other hand, bunch of liars! So be warned...
