   Amazing customer service. The guys a Kirstsll timber really were brilliant. I'm only a DIYer but they responded to emails straight away and gave great advise and information. When I went to collect the wood they were super helpful and happy to help l. They showed me a few sheets so I could pick the most suitable and cut them to my specification. Next time I need wood this is the place i will go.

   Wanted to price up gateposts and look at different options for a small front garden gate. The lack of visible prices, the large number of options and inexperience made me initially cautious but I needn't have been. Really well looked after by Mick who persuaded me I could make one and gave a design suggestion. As my order was small he then looked for the good parts of warped stock, which he cut to size for me. He also found the screws, engineering bolts, hinges and latch set. Fascinating speaking to him and also having a tour around the huge array of woods available. The price was spot on and far less and much better quality than the DIY superstores or any pre-made products. Can not recommend enough. Massive thanks to Mick and everyone else. Will definitely be going back there for future projects.

   Blown away by the exceptional customer service I received from Duncan yesterday. Couldn’t have been more patient and helpful with me in offering his advice to my plans. I’d been to another popular merchant beforehand which I had quickly left due to how silly I was made to feel. I’d also tried the usual chain retail stores which I also left empty handed due to the high prices and poor quality. The timber I got yesterday is of impeccable quality, the price was extremely reasonable, and the service was second to none. Will be returning to Kirkstall Timber for all of my home improvement needs for the foreseeable future and can highly recommend that you do too.

   Very good customer service and good quality ply board. I had contacted three other local places before finding these guys, non of the other companies seemed to be able to follow the list of measurements and cutting plans I drew up for some reason? Took my cut list and measurements down to these guys and a few days later they arrived at my property! They were life savers, I got my build completed just in time to put it into my new kitchen. The Tortoises love it!

   Bought loads of decking got the measurements from them, most likely it’s not gonna be enough. Paid for my stuff and was meant to give me my delivery on Monday, instead they’ve not put it aside and sold it to someone else. They said they’ll be getting a delivery tomorrow but never came until Thursday. I can go on and on but I’m too stressed worst service I’ve ever gotten. Decent price but I’d only go back as a last resort. Even the delivery guy was rubbish, they said he’d help put it into my unit. not only that but the guy was in a rush apparently. I would never recommend this company. Manager said he’d call but never did if they even have a manger. They’ve caused me sooo much stress!!!
