   I visited Crystal Nails yesterday for a nail appointment and, unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed. The man working there was very abrupt and rude — both to me and to other customers during my visit. His tone and manner came across as unnecessarily harsh, which really took away from the experience. He was impatient and irritated the whole time I was there which gave the salon an atmosphere. I understand they are a busy nail shop, but when you spend £80 on beauty treatments, you expect not just good results but also a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere. Beauty treatments are a luxury for many, and part of that luxury is enjoying the service as much as the result. Sadly, that wasn’t the case for me this time. I won’t be returning.

   Usually good nails /service Staff are miserable though quite grumpy & male manager very often grumpy Caught my cuticles : 3 times today with drill /.blade so a bit pink & sore . I paid £87 to be barked at basically , They need to be kind/gentle to customers fingers & toes as we are paying for a service & deserve respect .. there’s plenty around ! They are not the cheapest . Just be kind it costs nothing but patience ..

   Love my gel nails. They last for more than 5 weeks flawlessly. They also have a loyalty card. After 5 services you get 5£ off.

   Booked ages ago to have simple manicure, as I can't have gels for work. Arrived to them saying they had no nail polish (!), only gels. Don't know if this was a lie and that a manicure doesn't make as much money, or that they genuinely have no nail polish in a nail salon. Either way, ruined my plans and my day. Thanks.

   I have been here multiple times and every time one or more of my nails come off. I got my nails done 2 days ago and was charged £40 , since then 2 of my nails have cracked and fallen off.

   This is the best nail salon! Lovely, polite and friendly staff that always manage to fit me in and always do a great job. I highly recommend the nugensis nails (dip nails) they always last over a month for me and don't damage my nails.
