   Having spent a considerable amount of time reviewing what was available in the market to cover an ugly concrete pation I am so pleased that google brought me to Click Deck Leeds. From initial contact Martin and James could not have been more helpful in giving advise and providing samples whilst being both friendly and professional at all times, nothing was too much trouble. We opted for Click Deck Plus in grey which has absolutely transformed the "ugly patio" into a space of pure delight. So easy to put together with machined parts that fitted exactly with no forcing (or hammer) needed. Just the push of the hand..............Brilliant!!    I don’t know where to start but I have been doing my research for the best decking composite for the past 3 month looking everywhere from Amazon to eBay to many other websites until I came across’ Click decking ‘ and I must say James & Martine I think they are the owners have been more than helpful. Helping me with choosing the product according to my furniture, terrace space and even which material I should go for. As I work in luxury retails myself I always believed that we must go beyond customers expectations and James & Martine have definitely delivered that extra mile to me. Simply everyone visits me now in my place the first thing they comment on is my terrace decking tiles. I have gone for Composite PLUS Tile Solid Teak 4 Slat 22mm Thick that was recommended by James & Martine and if you look at my attached pictures of my terrace you would immediately notice the quality, luxurious and classy.    Fantastic service and Product. Initially called for information (given my ignorance) to it and James was extremely helpful (before placing an order) and provided me all the information I required. The product itself is of very good quality, with the difference being visually and also in the feel of the product - personally I feel that the combination of both the product and the service is one of the best I have received in a very long time.    We had ordered the click deck tiles for our garden which was of great quality and super speedy delivery however we had recieved an invoice with correct delivery address but on the day of the delivery the driver was sent to a wrong address and we missed our delivery. This did cause issues as we had had taken a day off yo recieve the delivery. We called the company and this matter was quickly resolved and handled very professional. We recieved our order the next day and also recieved a beautiful gift from the company of three large pots. We even recieved some wrong edges for the finish but very quickly recieved another batch from the team. The process did become longer duo to the wrong deliveries but because of the solutions and great customer service I would say the company deserves full 5 stars. They are super easy to click on and is great quality.
