   Went to Jewsons at Morley, but they didn't have want I wanted. Assistant went out of his way to search other branches, to no avail. However, then searched other suppliers and directed me elsewhere. Above and beyond, what!!!!

   I purchased a Dewalt impact driver when I got it home the battery charger would not charge any of the batteries. I contacted DeWalt they said to go back to where I purchased the drill from. I called Jewsons Morley and they were fantastic replaced the charger made sure the replacement one worked with my batteries before I left the store I would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff at the Morley branch thank you and well done.

   Well don't really deserve 1 star. Ordered materals on Thursday for goods to be delivered Monday. Half goods delivered on Monday. Told rest would be delivered later on in day. Wednesday goods arrived, only to be wrong items. After numerous telephone calls and no customer service training given to staff was told we didnt have goods in stock. Absolutely disgusted with this company... Very disatisfied customer!!!
