   We love Wilko. It's as simple as that, we can't allow them to disappear from the high street, as is the case in Shipley, its a store full of goodies, I mean, I can even buy copper piping, tools, screws, cable. It's a great store which we visit frequently, we need their presence on the street or our lives will become that much duller. 5 stars.

   It's a wilko theybare all the same ! Well no they aren't I travel to use this one its the staff that make the place nothing too much trouble tills staffed ques managed always friendly worth the extra Mike's to pass my closer branch click and collect is a bonus too

   I'm not sure why but everytime i visit this Wilkos in Birstall the shelves are so bare. It looks like its closing down most of the time and never have the items you go in for. If its not closing down then shelves are definitely not been restocked as they should be. Its been like this for months now

   As my father had a knee operation and was unable to drive, I took my mother here as she required birdseed for the garden. Thankfully there was plenty of birdseed available, in fact I had no idea there were so many different types. She also bought a gate latch and some screws, but was slightly disappointed by the lack of bradawls. I wouldn't normally come here, but the store was clean and tidy - the self service tills seemed a little over complicated compared to the likes of B&Q or supermarket tills. However, overall it was a pleasant experience.

   The staff at this store are always friendly and welcoming, no request is too much hassle for them and if anything is out of stock they are always happy to check the back for you. They have been doing a great job keeping customers safe with Covid cleanings etc. One staff member named Dawn is fantastic and she will always go above and beyond to help you with anything needed, definitely an asset to the company.

   It's good for screws, dog food and soap powder. Oh and shampoo and shaving soap and bird food. Also brushes they sell a lot of brushes--sweeping, painting, hair and tooth brushes

   Staff are friendly and has all the essentials. It seems like there isn't enough stock out but I found everything I need (DIY/paint/cleaning essentials). Sale items are located near the tills. Found good bargains and they're well organised with the C19 situation (not slacking and letting everyone in). Sometimes there's queues but that's expected. It's a small store but it is part of retail park.
