   went in today as other nail places were so packed, saw this one and thought to give it a try and i’m glad i did. i walked in and they seated me straight away and got the job done. they will have a conversation with you if you’re also up for it and there very nice people. i had this set done and it’s a good price as i paid £35 for acrylic and french tip. i would definitely recommend

   They have been pretty ok at doing my nails and toes. They are really quick which I appreciate. Sometimes the gel has chipped because it was too thick. They aren’t the best at designs so keep that in mind. The staff are nice and polite but usually there is only one lady working there so you can expect a long wait. The man that is always there can’t do nails so I’m not really sure what his purpose is. Would be great if they could employ one or two more technicians.

   Had my nails done yesterday. Got gel nails- £23 with old set removal. Reasonable price however 3 hours after I’d had them done they’ve already started peeling off! Disappointing, and am now gonna have to get them done elsewhere. Also don’t accept card payments but don’t have wifi for you to bank transfer. Would not recommend at all

   I got glitter ombré acrylics done for Christmas and they’re gorgeous! Perfect shape and size and exactly as I wanted on the photo, staff was super friendly and I didn’t have to wait at all, full set costs £35 and you get a little card which you can stamp off, would definitely recommend coming here

   It is heartbreaking for me to write this as I have been going to this salon for many years. However, I have to say that it has definitely gone down hill in the last year or so. The customer service is awful with the ladies in there being rude and impatient when you are picking your colours. The recent sets I have had have been poor quality with poor art work detail, I know they will not be able to do a like for like on what is on a photo. However, I asked for a basic print and it was poorly done, with the women taking over an hour to do it and kept taking it off and redoing it. If I knew it was going to take over 2 hours to do to get a set of acrylics, I would of done it myself. I also believe they pop prices out of their heads as none of their prices match the prices they advertise, I especially don’t appreciate that they don’t tell you the cost before you have started and only at the end. There are so many other nails salons so would definitely recommend you saving your money and going else where.

   Honestly the worst nails I’ve ever had in my life I would not recommend. Been going here for a while as they are close to me but would rather go further for a better experience. I had a new lady who completely filed my nails down even though I told her what length I wanted. She then filed one hand shorter than the other so that the other lady had to redo the other hand by adding an extension with the acrylic meaning I was there for even longer. She then tried to blame me saying I should check how short they are next time…… pretty sure this is the technicians job, she was even matching the fingernails next to each other to see if they were the same length!!! I have no words. Then I wanted a simple design with tips and glitter and they couldn’t even do this right when I had a photo and kept asking it be more like this. She then said it’s cause my nails were too short….. the shape is all wrong the design is all wrong and the entire experience was just awful. Don’t bother wasting your money here.

   Great nail place (not that I get my nails done, but the people getting them done: top notch!). Very supportive of local and independent musicians. Sadly, this little gem is myered by the construction work that makes it look dark and oppressive (they have put some nice fairy lights up though.) This is not reason to be deterred from discovering all the awesome places down there! Be brave!
