   Really disappointing service unfortunately. I don’t normally leave reviews but this was the worst pedicure I’ve had. I had a walk-in service for a deluxe pedicure, and there was no other customer waiting. He asked me to sit at the manicure bar for it. When I asked if I could sit on the pedicure seats, he said he wanted to shape them by the mani bar. So I sat with my feet on his lap, and couldn’t see what he was doing with shaping or the French tip because the desk was in the way. He was rough with the filing, and he was so quick that every time I went to look at my nails, my feet were already on the floor in the light-cure. When he got on to the white part, I asked to see them before they get cured. One big toe white line was fairly thicker than the other ones, so I asked to redo that one. He seemed quite frustrated with having to fix it and tbh it was all really uncomfortable. It was half a job really, and not a pampering that I was hoping for.

   been here quite a few times before and the nails are always really lovely, the lady there is super nice and always asks that is everything is okay, however one of the gentlemen who works there is quite rude and made my experience unpleasant, felt like a rushed job and he’s very dismissive. i will be going back because the price is really good and the nails are lovely but just a shame the one guy ruins the experience slightly

   Second time there and this time i had a bad experience. I had my nails done from someone who didn’t know how to do nails well and it took him a lot of time and i didn’t even liked the shape. You need to let the client know if the technician is new at the job because you just lost a client now

   Quick, efficient, friendly & accommodating. Despite walking in with no appointment and having very short nails, they fitted me in immediately and made my nails look great! Really affordable with a great selection of colours and designs available.

   Great experience today. The lovely man helped me choose a colour which matches my ring perfectly and fixed one of my nails which had split as well as strengthening one which was close to splitting. It is a beautiful colour and he applied it so so neatly. Thank you!
