   I placed an order on the Friday and paid for it. I then had Ian call me up Monday morning being very blunt with me and calling me sarcastic and then putting the phone down on me. This is all because they’d confused their orders. I tried to explain to Ian what happened over the phone on the Friday only to be called sarcastic. I wasn’t even fussed about when the order got delivered but they called me having a dig saying don’t expect it by Tuesday. Sorry but I was only relaying information that I was given. Totally bad experience and awful customer service. I’m not sure why they are so sensitive.
