   Great bar with a superb selection of quality beers, wines and spirits. Beers and ciders are expertly kept with a regular rotation of real ales to choose from. Atmosphere is friendly and geared to conversation. Bar staff are lovely too.

   This pub gets the most quirky beers I've seen in Liverpool. They know how to serve ale and for those who don't enjoy the real ale they have a good selection of lagers. The range of ale you can't seem to get anywhere else makes me think this one is a cut above the rest. Worth a trip for a pint for sure

   Love this place. No music or t.v. just great beer and conversation, and Phil and Amanda are the best hosts. All the staff are friendly, and everyone is willing to help you get the right drink for you. The whisky and gin selection is epic. The bitter is always A1 All those that frequent it are friendly, and polite Couldn't recommend more if I tried

   Such a good place this. A wide variety of real ales reasonably priced. The Precinct is a great vibe for drinking outside hope this continues after May.

   Great little boozer. If your looking for generic beers or larger don't bother. The Skew sells real ale, Cider and some spirits. No music or tv and only sells bar snacks. If you want a quiet chat and a quality beer it's the place for you. If you want a pint of Foster's your in the wrong place.
