The customer service was really poor, ordered a ton of pebble stones over the weekend and got a email saying someone would be in contact regarding a delivery time, A couple of working days had passed and no contact so I rang them up and they said the delivery’s expected to be on Wednesday, took the time off work to stay at home and guess what no delivery turned up. They couldn’t even bother to ring me and let me know that the delivery was postponed. Great! still waiting on my delivery let’s hope the stones are better than the service
Me and my partner used MKM at Leeds on our recent house renovation and we cannot speak highly enough for the service we were provided with. Rachel was most helpful with supplying and designing our kitchen and Oliver was brilliant in guiding us in the right direction for our bathroom suite and all other materials provided. Special mention as well to the delivery drivers who were polite and helped where they could.
We couldn’t recommend Jasmin and MKM enough. We got quotes from Wren, Magnet and Howdens but chose MKM. Jasmin was absolutely brilliant. She was organised, responded promptly to emails, took the time to physically show us different products, provided useful tips and hints (very useful as first time homeowners), recommended a great builder and provided a competitive price. She also did a follow up appointment to check we were happy with everything.
After 2 years stumbling around trying to get a kitchen designed, installed, fitted, without the pain of having to do most of the project management ourselves we finally rocked up at MKM in Leeds and met up with the wonderful Jasmin who has come up with a brilliant design and has helped us through almost every step of the install, which was not made any easier by the Coronavirus lockdown kicking in the day after the old kitchen was removed. Fortunately we had some great fitters from Hirst & Hankin and despite some inevitable lockdown hold ups disruption was kept to a minimum. We were able to arrange for Jasmin to engage with supply/product/install issues and she was happy to speak with the fitters and suppliers for any issues/queries that arose. All in all it’s been a really positive experience through really trying times and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend MKM Leeds (especially Jasmin!) and Hirst and Hankin to anyone looking for a new kitchen.
