From the moment we stepped into the showroom, the team at PipeDreams made the entire process seamless—from discussing ideas and drawing up plans, to selecting fittings, setting a start date, and completing the installation in just two weeks. A minor issue with mismatched tile colour was quickly resolved, with Anthony returning shortly after to sort it out without fuss. We had an old toilet transformed to a walk-in shower. Jamie was able to make possible what other firms could not visualise in such an old property. Pipe Dreams delivered what was promised and we are very pleased with the work of Darren, who has an excellent work ethic. The job was completed to the highest standard and the extra piping for waste was expertly concealed by Jamie. Altogether delighted and would recommend Pipe Dreams wholeheartedly.

Every part of the process worked smoothly and as it should, particularly the installation itself, when Darren was courteous, considerate and very neat and efficient in completing the shower exactly as specified. And it works really well ! An excellent service from start to finish, and to be recommended highly.

We had our en-suite fully refurbished just before Christmas, replacing bath with walk-in shower, all new sanitary units, new ceiling, lighting, flooring etc. Jan and Katie were very helpful throughout the whole process making this much easier to choose the right items. Gavin and Scott were brilliant throughout the installation and did a great job. I would highly recommend Pipe Dreams and will be using them for our main bathroom renovation later this year.
