   I used to use this salon a lot until another one opened down the road where the staff are kind and attentive. Everything is rushed, you feel like an inconvenience frankly. My nails don't look good today, I expect because they were so rushed as one thing I have been happy with consistently has been quality. Until today. I came here because I couldn't get in the other place but I won't return again. I avoided it because of the extreme rudeness. It's a shame that it is so bad because as I say before today the quality couldn't be faulted. I hope the feedback is accepted and taken on board. It is given with the intent to help improve.

   Always happy with my nails and the service - staff don't speak the clearest English so there's a language barrier. Try to have a photo of what you want, its easier than explaining! None of the staff seem able/willing to do "coffin" shaped nails - they always turn out square so I started just having almond shape instead. You will get one word answers ans no conversation flowing, which can seem rude, but I'm sure it's not meant to be. The only thing that could really be considered rude is the way staff constantly talk to each other in their own language across the room throughout your treatments and you don't know what they're saying. I always just walk in and don't book an appointment- from what I've seen from people who do book for a specific time, don't bother - if someone walks in 5 minutes before your slot, they won't keep a desk free, you'll end up waiting for one to come free anyway.

   I have been coming to this salon since they opened around 12/13 years ago. Lucy and her team always insist on the highest standard of work and will happily change or rectify things you are unhappy with. Staff are polite and respectful and always make me feel welcome. Nails are always beautifully finished and last a very long time.

   when i tell u this is amazing nail art it truly is, but the only problem i recognise is how impolite they are when u walk in. but its very sweet how they say thank u when u leave, they are impressively cheap aswell!

   I have been a customer on and off for many years but recently I have become a regular customer because you get such a great service. Lucy is amazing at nails and the salon is clean, modern and very stylish! The products they use are professional and good quality! Never had any problems at all and would recommend.

   I have been going to Lucy for the last 2.5 years and I have never been disappointed. She’s absolutely amazing and she does a brilliant job .
