Easily the best kept beer in Ormskirk without a shadow of a doubt after trying at least three other pubs.
Great little boozer. Nice staff and owners, good beer and friendly atmosphere. Beer garden and pool table, pet friendly.

One of the best pubs in the north west! My grandfather (Terry) still has his name on the door which was placed after he passed away in 2011. Same great feeling going in today as it was back then!
Great pub! I have couple of pints there every week. Nice people very friendly, you can come with your kid during the day and with your animal at any time! There is a pool table but I wouldn't say it is the best.

Not for me, staff far to bothered with local regulars to be bothered with visitors, and beer wasn't too good ,will go to one of the many other pubs in the area next time I'm there
