Wow what a visit. Stank at the front doorway inner porch of human Pee ( Disgusted) . Clean your own table prior to sitting down is a new process I'm led to believe as many other dinners did the same . Ordered tea + coffee and 2 breakfasts on the app . Tea came pre done, left me to get my own coffee...that's great idea of service???? Seemed to be the local daily boozers get served firstly then other dinners whom have already ordered. Breakfast came , and I had unfortunately missed the option on the menu that said overcooked hydrated bacon and sausages with our regards . Breakfast was greasy, with over burnt tomato also , beans had done the microwave rounds at least twice . Clearly the staff serving could see it was poor visually , but I guess if they are used to serving this standard, it becomes natural as they seem to need to rush back to the bar to serve boozers . Don't waste your time trying to attract starts attention, they have regulars to see to first. Positives , none . Improvements , clearly re educational need for kitchen staff and service staff and food standards in general. Manager clearly needs a performance review or someone. Had I been in a mystery dinner capacity, I would have recommended stern improvement to the Regional management team , as the ethics at this site do not align with the Tim wetherspoons core principles. Overall 1 out of 10 score . But please, have a carpet cleaner remove the strong Human pee smell from the porch way maybe it's been lingering there that long it's some have become nose blind May be due for an EHO officer to visit. Disgusting.

On a Sunday afternoon was really full, the staff all seemed pleasant enough and working hard in a busy pub. The atmosphere was nice enough and not as rough as some Whetherspoons can be. Will go back. The food coming out looked great but cant comment as didn't eat. £1.99 for a pint of ales is fantastic value make you feel your not getting ripped off like you do in most places.

Big room + outside seating front and back. Lots of memorabilia about watch making. Friendly staff and pub. Good choice of beers. Standard spoons menu.

This is a nice enough pub. Good location, comparable prices to all the other Wetherspoons pubs. There is plenty of seating. The restrooms are upstairs for those who aren't handicapped. The ladies' room is quite large with plenty of stalls and very clean. There is a handicapped restroom downstairs. However, it doesn't stay locked, so those who are too lazy to climb the stairs use it, which is extremely wrong and makes me quite angry. It was a mess inside the handicapped restroom. There was water and piss all over the floor, making it slippery. You had to sit sideways or risk getting clothes wet. The sink was really small. The food was average. My friend ordered an egg with ham and chips with a Tetley tea. The chips were cold, as was the egg. The milk that she put in her tea was off, so it made her sick the rest of the day and into the night. My panini wasn't as hot as it could have been, but it was cooked. The waitress, who was also the manager, was pleasant, so that is a plus.

I go there every so often for breakfast with a friend. We had a mix up with the order (our fault) and the staff were very nice and changed the order. Special thanks to Josh

Very quiet when I visited, but it was Sunday night! It has a town centre location, car parking needs to be found. It has a clock and watch theme, hence the name. There's a decent range of real ales, largers, canned and bottle beers. I would visit again if I was in the area.

Great value for money as always and staff were polite as you'd expect, and very attentive. Was served nice and quickly, although (as seems to be the way with Wetherspoons) a lot of food options weren't available. Fantastic toilets, clean large and very shiny. Only dropping a mark because it just felt a little unloved.
