    Excellent service.I phoned Paul up to see if he had a cold water hose for a washing machine in stock and he did. Within 30 minutes, I had walked down to Paul's DIY, bought the item and had fitted it to my washing machine. Admittedly, 10 minutes of that was us chatting about cricket as Paul is a long term sponsor down at Silsden Cricket Club. I was impressed with the wide variety in stock, the competitive price and the handiness and immediacy of having a local DIY and household goods store.

    Everything you would be likely to need for DIY is tucked away in this shop and Paul or his staff are always ready and willing to help you find it. Buy individual pieces or buy them by the kilo, it's up to you. And if it's not there today Paul can get it delivered to his shop for you a couple of days later. A world away from, and very much better than, the B&Q experience.
