   Visited the Gadgets shop today 13/9/25 for a repair on a iPhone 13 broken back. Shop staff were extremely polite and very helpful and repaired the phone within the given time scale. We went to various shops for quotes on the repair and found Gadgets to be the cheapest repair shop by far. 1st class job done. I would highly recommend this shop for first class repairs and phone advice.

   I bought an iPhone 11 in this shop for £200, I also traded in my old phone for barely any difference in the original price, once I bought this phone I notice the battery dropping abnormally fast and my phone would switch off on its own and drop to 3% battery when powered on again. Naturally i went in for a replacement battery as I still had a warranty on the phone. Within a few days of having this new battery my phone would overheat when doing something as simple as charging it or using my mobile hotspot. I went back in to get it sorted, in response I had to deal with a very rude person at the till who made it sound like I was lying. After going back and forth numerous times, they agreed to fit a new battery but they made it known that they weren’t happy about it. After this I have gotten home and within a day my phone is overheating again just because I’ve charged it. !!!!!DO NOT BUY PHONES FROM THIS SHOP!!!!

   i came in needing a service as my laptop wouldn’t charge! the staff were very helpful and informative about what was probably wrong with my macbook! they were extremely quick and efficient and kept me updated on the progress of the repair! i would definitely trust them again if one of my gadgets needed repairing

   Very helpful, and informative. Good prices. Very good service. Edit: unfortunately retracting this initially positive review, as the cables I was sold don't work for what I'd explained I needed them for and the battery they replaced in my phone doesn't work. Having to take a male relative into the store with me to feel heard, but still leaving without a resolution and made to feel like a liar.
