I recently needed a tap cartridge for a Bristan kitchen mixer tap that was installed 12 years ago. An online search for it didn't bring up anything suitable. I took a trip to James Hargreaves and the manager there made a phone call to establish whether a replacement cartridge was available and, having found out that it was, a new pair arrived for collection within 24 hours. I couldn't be more impressed with the service.

On top of that, any minor issues or missing items from the order were sorted quickly and efficiently. I plan on installing underfloor heating throughout the rest of my ground floor in the near future, and there's no doubt that I'll be returning to Dave for this.
