   My niece has attended a few sessions of the SEND forest school sessions hosted by Sian and loved them. She has had lots of new experiences, making paint from nature, exploring a mud kitchen, learning where to find bugs, and fire starting and marshmallow roasting. There are also lots of great sensory activities provided which you don't find in many kids places. My niece is usually quite fussy with food but on the most recent visit she tried the food which was made at the forest school, and she really enjoyed it. She was also very sociable with the other children there which suprised me; this must be due to the nice environment created. I feel like this is a very welcoming, relaxing and non judgemental environment. It is a great way for children to learn and be in nature.

   We absolutely adore Siân's SEN Holiday Forest School Sessions. We joined in the summer of 2023 and quickly fell in love with the holiday sessions. It can be quite challenging when our usual group activities come to a halt, as our entire family thrives on structure and routine. Our daughter has an immense passion for the outdoors and revels in any messy or sensory play. If it were up to her, she'd make the great outdoors her permanent home! Right from day one, Sian extended a warm welcome and dedicated time to truly understand how our daughter prefers to engage. She has patiently built a strong connection with our daughter at her own pace. The activities provided are nothing short of amazing, especially for our daughter, who immerses herself fully in sensory experiences (as you can see in the photos!). Furthermore, the lunch and snacks offered here are fantastic. Our daughter can be quite particular about her safe and unsafe foods, but every visit here has her enjoying the delicious lunch provided. We sincerely appreciate the tremendous effort you put into creating safe and nurturing environments for children with special educational needs. ❤️

   Our first time attending one of these events and we were made to feel welcome and our babies had a fantastic time. My little girl loved the mud kitchen and would have played there indefinitely if left to her own devices. It was nice to be close to nature and was both peaceful and pleasant. The play area is quite well hidden which is fantastic for peace of mind while leaving babies to play but signposts may help to guide newcomers. All in all a great experience was had by my children, I will definitely attend again In the future.

   My 2 year old absolutely loved his time here. The space is beautiful with such a wide variety of activities. I am returning tomorrow with my older 2 children. Perfect place for them to explore and get messy in a safe environment. Sian and the other 2 staff there are so welcoming and just lovely. We are blessed to have things like this to attend with others SEND families. Thank you so much.

   My child learned about fire safety and socialized in a safe space with their peers. I got the chance to have a brew knowing my child was safe and happy. The den making area was amazing for my little one. The host/ organizer was understanding and welcoming with the children. The sessions we have attended have all had a warm and positive environment. Thanks for a fantastic experience.

   We have had another amazing day! My children love it here, and it’s a little bit different everytime, yet reassuringly familiar for them. The whole set up is fab, it’s safe, welcoming and allows our wonderful children to go and just be. The team are amazing - they remembered us from last time. Sian and all the others are fantastic, talented people. Thank you again, we will be back!    My two boy had an amazing time. the environment was relaxing and fun. Being out in the open surrounded by woods ,sand and great foodThey didn't want to leave. The sand was a great idea. The food was healthy and nutrition. I had not been able to get my youngest to eat anything for the past two weeks. When we attending the forest school he had hla proper meal for the first time in 2 weeks. I am grateful for this day and would definitely recommend other parents to come.@ManchesterBeesForestSchool

   I took my 4 year old to Manchester Bees last week and it was so much fun! We played solidly for 4 hours straight! The market garden is a really beautiful setting and Sian and Daniel were so welcoming and engaging, there were lots of different activities to try out, different areas to explore, my son spent ages in the mud kitchen and sand pit, and there was a really chilled, relaxing vibe. We had a wonderful time and would love to come again! Thank you so much for the oasis you have created!

   We had a fantastic day at Manchester Bees forest school today. It was lovely to see my two children grow in confidence throughout the day and get involved with so much, including lighting fires and drilling! Thanks to Siân for making everything so accessible for my daughter, who is deaf. The children went straight into the bath when we got home, and the water turned brown with mud! That’s the sign of a great day!
