The day was really engaging and interesting - the recipes were great, the pace was just right and we were given so much useful information as well as little tips and tricks. “We absolutely adore Siân's SEN Holiday Forest School Sessions. We joined in the summer of 2023 and quickly fell in love with the holiday sessions. It can be quite challenging when our usual group activities come to a halt, as our entire family thrives on structure and routine. Our daughter has an immense passion for the outdoors and revels in any messy or sensory play. If it were up to her, she'd make the great outdoors her permanent home! Right from day one, Sian extended a warm welcome and dedicated time to truly understand how our daughter prefers to engage. She has patiently built a strong connection with our daughter at her own pace. The activities provided are nothing short of amazing, especially for our daughter, who immerses herself fully in sensory experiences (as you can see in the photos!). Furthermore, the lunch and snacks offered here are fantastic. Our daughter can be quite particular about her safe and unsafe foods, but every visit here has her enjoying the delicious lunch provided. We sincerely appreciate the tremendous effort you put into creating safe and nurturing environments for children with special educational needs. ❤️”

Both the dinner and breakfast restaurant staff were also lovely, and the food was very good. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around the city. We had booked connecting rooms and received exactly what we requested — the rooms were spacious, bright, and comfortable. A great choice for families and anyone visiting Manchester.”

“Review of the Breakfast at Vita Student I’m genuinely impressed with the breakfast provided at Vita Student. Every weekday morning, students can enjoy a generous and varied buffet that includes cereals, sweet and savoury pastries, bagels, waffles, fresh fruits, yoghurt, salads, and a selection of cold meats and cheeses — all completely free of charge between 7am and 10am. It’s the perfect way to start the day: nutritious, well-balanced, and full of options. The quality and consistency of the breakfast really set Vita Student apart from other accommodations. “We stayed at Native Manchester for one night and I would definitely stay here again. For the price, it felt like excellent value compared to other options in the area, especially considering the size of the studio and the quality of reviews. Communication was seamless, I received WhatsApp updates throughout my journey, from details about the room number and PIN code to notifications that the room was ready and a reminder for check-out. The process was essentially self-service, though there is a reception available if needed. I found the whole system very streamlined and convenient. We parked at Dale Street car park, which cost around £20 for 24 hours, and from there it was just a short walk to the hotel. The building itself is really impressive, it used to be a cotton factory, and they’ve done a great job blending the original industrial character with modern design. We booked a studio apartment, which came with a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom had towels and toiletries (shampoo and shower gel), while the kitchen had all the day-to-day essentials, plus tea, coffee, and even a small bottle of milk in the fridge. There was also an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer in the room. The bed was very comfortable, big, and overall, the space felt well thought out and homely. One small piece of feedback from my partner is that a larger mirror, or a mirror in better lighting, would have been useful for doing hair and makeup. As well, it would have been useful if there was some tissues, like kitchen roll etc. All in all, the studio had everything we needed, the atmosphere was great, and I would happily recommend Native Manchester to anyone visiting the city.”

“The apartment was very clean, facilities were fantastic as was the whole hotel, the staff on reception were always cheerful and pleased to see you. Location was exactly what we wanted as we arrived by train, the city centre was five minutes away by foot.”

“Amazing place to stay! I just want to give a big shout out to rajaa for her hospitality, she went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth check in. The room was incredible and the amenities were perfect. I would however like to note the guest lift is out of use which was a small issue but rajaa was amazing enough to guide us to the staff lift whenever we needed it. “Brilliant interaction with Children and parents. My son is so happy going to Pre school and is learning so much whilst here. Staff are helping massively with toilet training. Meals that are provided are perfect i get notifications on the app to say when he has eaten and how much, really puts a parents mind at rest knowing he is in the right place and being cared for. Staff put your mind at rest if you have any concerns. Lead by a brilliant manager !! Manchester Hyde team are amazing !!!”

“YHA Manchester is an example of how a good hostel doesn't have to cost a lot. Large, bright and airy room for four people. The beds were solid, the only thing missing was curtains on the bunk beds for more privacy, but that's a minor detail. The bathroom was a good size, clean and looked new. The common areas are large and beautiful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location near a train and tram station is great for a city the size of Manchester. The hostel has a view of part of the river canal, and having breakfast with this view was a bonus. I would definitely stay at this hostel again”

The shop is now under new management, and the difference in customer service is genuinely noticeable—friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we walked in.”

“There are hotels, and there are hotels, right? Equally, there are hotel staff, and there are hotel staff, with me so far? Well, the hotel does what it should, it’s clean, comfortable, well equipped and superbly located (if central Manchester is where you want to be?), so far so good! Now the staff, what a treat to be served so well by everyone, from the courteous cleaners that smiled and represented the company well, to the bar / reception staff that went above and beyond, really well done. In particular, the wonderful Nicole, service with the most wonderful smile and utterly professional, Accor, are you reading this ? She’s management material in the waiting right under your noses!! Dominic too was professional, smiling and uber efficient, the pair of them working together like a Swiss clock, effortless and confident, that’s how we guests like it, a big no, a Huge thanks for the stay! It gets another “Arnie” - a I’ll be back!”

“I have been in a last minute situation of looking for somewhere to live, after Cecilia had rang and we got talking. The whole process made it easier and manageable to deal with. My anxiety was through the roof, yet Cecilia had been so understanding and helped. My whole dealing with the team was amazing. Good job!”

“Very good hostel with friendly and helpful staff. The place was clean and comfortable overall. Breakfast was included, which was a big plus – no need to rush anywhere in the morning. I stayed in a 4-bed room, and all the necessary facilities were inside. There is a small locker next to the bed, but you need to have your own padlock. The staff were always responsive and welcoming. There is also a fridge where you can store your own food. The only downside was that the mattresses were not very comfortable. Overall, a pleasant stay!”

“My son’s been attending here now since just after the Easter half term this year. My sons developed in so many ways , he can be quite stubborn at the best of times , standards here are super high and work with every single child needs no matter how high or how low. Staff are incredibly on form with teaching and how they run things and have a very highly standard of professionalism which you can see. They are open and honest with each parent . Reporting back each day if anything needs to be addressed or reported. There on form with everything. Highly recommended nursery for your child to go too especially if your wanting a nursery for your child with such high standards of learning and still at the same time as your child being able to still be a child at the same time”

“Called in a month ago and asked about washing machines. I didn't need a fancy one, no bells and whistles with a million programs so got the cheapest one in the shop. Very reasonable price and delivered free due to the short distance from the shop and even removed my old washer at a lower price than what every other outlet wanted for removal (£20-30). Washer works fine, it's moden and even has a few flashing lights, great friendly customer service and competitive prices, couldn't fault them one bit.”

“I had a great stay here. The bathroom was modern and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the service was really nice. I asked for cheese to have for breakfast and they brought me some. The breakfast basket they provided contained some nice items. I had a one day stay for business. Booking was through our corporate system. I managed to park on premises, no issues as the site is safe. Upon leaving they requested payment, I mentioned that the corporate booking company would settle, and offered to leave my details in case of issues, they appreciated this. No problems whatsoever. I'd definitely stay again when visiting Manchester for business. If there's one thing I would like them to improve is the breakfast offering. There's a fridge in the room, please offer slices of cold cuts such as cheese and ham along with bread and butter, you don't need to leave these items in the fridge for every guest but I do believe you should have them on demand if requested. I was provided two small blocks of cheese rather than slices, I was happy to have the cheese but I was unable to have a "proper" breakfast sandwich of buttered bread with cheese and ham slices... a chunky block of cheese does not taste very good in the middle of a huge piece of bread.”
