   I stayed here during Manchester Pride. The apartment itself was clean and in a good location, but my experience was ruined by the strict no visitors policy. I was refused entry when trying to bring back another adult for less than an hour. This felt excessive, intrusive, and left me feeling shamed. As a gay man visiting Pride, I personally felt discriminated against. I don’t believe a heterosexual couple would have faced the same treatment. Instead of enjoying my weekend, I felt anxious and unwelcome in my own accommodation. If you’re LGBTQ+ or simply value privacy, I’d recommend booking a hotel instead.

   As a place to stay for one night is alright I guess but there are a few negatives: - As many people mentioned, it is exactly outside the busy street with plenty of restaurants so you might experience noise - especially with windows opened - There was an extra charge 12£ for cleaning (!!!) and I discovered there is a deposit held (!!!) which I never had to do in any of my previous bookings so far. That was just absurd! - The room was decently clean but you could sense an odd smell, not sure if it was from the previous people staying there The good stuff: - Very close to town and bus station (that was the reason we actually booked it) - Plenty of restaurants nearby

   MOUSE FOUND IN ROOM!!! I stayed for 3 nights two weeks ago & was woken up to a mouse running through the apartment - it chewed a hole in my shorts. I informed the reception who assured me they would ‘investigate’ but never offered us a room change or a refund on the day. Just said they’d buy me a new pair of shorts. After dealing with Ali over the phone he tried to make out that it wasn’t his fault & there was no reason for a refund - after stating some very basic laws he then proceeded to offer me a refund for 1/3 nights and a 10% discount for 1 more night - he also kindly offered to pay £20 towards a pair of shorts that cost over £120 to purchase with the response ‘they’re not new shorts’. Personally I would never stay here again after the rodent & useless customer service by the receptionist. AVOID

   Our experience was deeply disappointing. We had informed the property in advance that we would be arriving at 3:00 a.m. due to our flight schedule, and we were fully willing to pay the additional fee for a late-night check-in. Our flight was delayed by two hours and we eventually arrived at 5:00 a.m., something completely beyond our control. Despite this, when we called the property at that time, although someone did answer, no one came to let us in or assist us. There was no response or support, even though we had made it clear that we were ready to pay the corresponding amount. We ended up being left outside in a foreign country, with nowhere to leave our luggage or rest after a long and exhausting journey. The lack of professionalism, flexibility, and even basic hospitality was unacceptable and unfortunately, this was the first impression the accommodation left us with.

   Our experience with this accommodation was deeply disappointing and far below what we expected, especially considering the communication we had with the host beforehand. We had clearly informed the host well in advance that we would be arriving in Manchester at around 3:00 a.m. due to a late-night international flight — something he confirmed he could accommodate. Unfortunately, our flight was delayed by about 90 minutes (something entirely beyond our control), and we arrived at the property around 4:30 a.m. When we contacted the host at 5:04 a.m., he simply responded that he couldn’t assist us at that hour, leaving us completely stranded in the middle of the night, in a foreign city, carrying heavy luggage, and with no alternative arrangement. No attempt was made to offer a solution or even a suggestion, despite his prior agreement to a late-night check-in. There was no self-check-in option, no code, no lockbox — nothing. We were left wandering the streets for hours, trying to find somewhere to leave our bags and wait until we could access the apartment. What should have been a calm, hassle-free arrival turned into a stressful and exhausting ordeal. The host’s response felt impersonal and unhelpful, which is unacceptable for travelers arriving from abroad. We would not recommend this accommodation — especially to anyone arriving late or looking for a basic level of reliability, professionalism, and care from a host.

   Gorgeous, well furnished and clean flat in the heart of the Northern Quarter ❤ The staff were friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be going back after Christmas!

   Room was nice, location was nousy early morning when bars were emptying bins/cleaning from the night before. Car parking was a disaster as unless you pre-register all cars staying at apartment you don't get discounted rate. This isnt made clear and noone at reception when we checked in to ask. People working in car park were more helpful than hotel ss they said not their issue.

   Very central, apartments clean, good for overnight trips. No parking at site. Need to use overground covered carpark nearby which you need to book and pay separately. Good experience overall.

   Najma was excellent..really polite and welcoming. Thanks for the great service. Room was convenient space wise. And also in appliances. Would like to stay on top floor next time though ..Location is bang on also. Overall great spot and pleasant experience and would return. Thanks !
