   Holy smokes this katsu chicken loaded fries wasn’t even katsu. Oven chips with school dinner curry piled on top, couple little pieces of tough chicken on top (not breaded). Service was good though :)

   Lovely canal side pub/restaurant. Great service. Lovely food, quite reasonably priced too. I had fish goujon sandwiches, served with a dressed side salad and chips. Really nice!!! Recommended ✅

   So pleased we found this restaurant. Reasonably priced food good size portions and an understanding that for me gluten intolerance is a reality. Delicious lamb shanks and to die for creme brulee. Amused that the guest ale was brewed 10 miles from our home in Dorset. Staff were very pleasant, the restaurant very clean and tidy although one of the loos needed the seat repairing.

   Nice and clean place. Bit on expensive side. Greeted when u walk in which is a nice touch.. very polite staff member. Seating outside next to canal.. lovely in warm weather especially.. food and drinks served. Town centre very close
