We've eaten lunch here a couple of times now. The food is excellent - really tasty and good quality, with a good selection of traditional pub food on the menu. The special was delicious when we had it. The service is friendly and quick. I thought it was really good value for money, too, with good portion sizes.

Visited for the first time on Sunday with my GF & the dog. The pub its self is a lovely venue with very attentive staff who made a fuss over the dog. Clearly it’s a very popular place as it was busy the down side for me, the food took quite a while to come (roughly an hour). We were not notified that there was a delay with service. The food when it did come was absolutely top notch, well presented, hot and tasty and Gus the dog enjoyed his steaks & eggs. A place to definitely visit if you are in the local area and we will be defo visiting again.

Lovely little pub. Clean, nice atmosphere, great outdoor area. Popped in for Sunday roast today. Brilliant they do 2 sizes as my mother in law has a small appetite. Best pub roast I've had in years, fresh and home cooked. Great quality Husband said best gammon he'd ever eaten! Staff are lovely too ❤️ We will be back again

Called in for lunch, had fish and chips. Fish was really tasty. Chips were good to. Staff were very helpful and efficient. It's a hot day and to start all i asked for was water. Which was no problem, from there i continued to order my lunch. I recommend Dog & Gun Inn.

We stopped here for a couple of pints when out on the bikes. There is outdoor seating and they have fresh water for dogs a good pit stop when out cycling or walking
