   Ordered crispy chicken strips with full salad and sauce when it arrived not as described or what was paid for just strips of chicken with lettuce when I asked for the rest of the salad after was only then informed they had none instead of taking it off the menu staff chef who walked past me beca6i asked for my salad bits said I had an attitude no I was hungry and paid in good faith. Will anything get done I will ask the manager Dave

   A brilliant pub in the heart of Bootle. A traditional pub, not one of these soulless chains. Looks lovely from outside at night and they have a fab beer garden too. The guys behind the bar did amazing following the Billy Ocean concert in Bootle as the pub was rammed. A lovely pint of Guinness I must say. Definitely worth a visit.

   Amazing little spot in Bootle! Hidden gem, food is amazing, Tyler the chefs has done amazing with the menu and can tell really cares about putting out good quality food everytime! Sunday roasts are a must, they're amazing. Angela behind the bar is just a sweetheart and the best! Always service with a smile and so friendly! A credit to the place. Definitely my new favourite local. An amazing beer garden out the back too for the sunny days and some amazing live acts at the weekend that always have a great atmosphere. Love this place.

   ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED & SHOCKED, STARTED FROM THE STAFF SPOKE WITH TOTALLY DISCARD TOWARDS ANYONE (not just us) AND EVERYONE, SO DISRESPECTFUL, THEIR APPROACH, THERE TONE, THE MANNERS, ESPECIALLY THERE LANGUAGE WAS UNBELIEVABLE, WE WILL NEVER GO TO JAWBONE AGAIN, I WILL MAKE SURE THAT OTHERS WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR JAWBONE WHAT SO EVER, Can’t believe Jawbone has gone this way,

   I used to love coming to this pub,as my Grandad was a regular,when he was alive,and I had fond memories with him,i went there a few weeks ago,with a friend and really enjoyed it,but when we came on Friday,it was totally different,it was my friends daughters Heavenly 18th Birthday,and we were celebrating it after midnight,not realising how late it was,we were asked several times to leave, and the manager and owner were very rude to my friend,telling him to drink up,I was quite upset and saw a different side to 2 people,who I actually thought alot of,especially with knowing my Grandad.

   Good pub on till closing time when you get told to get out by two people who thing they are the mafia we where celebrating my daughters 18th birthday who past 17 and bit years ago. So what make thing about it is my other half said the two know her granddad from many years ago met nothing to them at closing time so sorry disgusted.
