   Next day collection does not include Saturday/weekends, could not collect item. Staff wouldn't give a refund or cancel the order as it was "at their hub" they should be able to cancel an order that is still in their possession. Wasted 30 mins driving to and from the store and will be forced to do so again once the item turns up at their store - not home delivery- to get the refund Screwfix a better option ordered same item at 3pm on Saturday and it arrived in store (not in stock with them but was brought in from other store or hub) to collect at 10am the following day despite it being a Sunday.

   Conveniently located off main ring road and not too busy so wait times are minimal. Staff are friendly and attentive. Good standard of equipment and great prices. Highly recommended. Bravo!

   Ordered and paid online via Toolstation app and picked up same day. Quick efficient service and parking right outside near door available, so didn't have to carry awkward item , work platform, far to the car. Competitive prices and unlike Screwfix still have a catalogue, which means you can have a browse and find stuff not only that you needed/wanted but stumble across whilst having a cup of tea which isn't as easy on an app which I think Screwfix didn't really appreciate how much it mattered. My Screwfix spend is dramatically lower than previous years since they ditched it whereas I'm spending more with Toolstation now because of this despite both stores are just opposite sides of the old outer ring within a couple of minutes of each other.

   Well stocked, helpful and friendly staff. Not much parking, but people come and go quickly so you wouldn't have to wait long. Great spot for reasonably priced items and collections.

   Apparently the staff say... a 40mm waste fitting ( 85727) is the same or interchangeable with the 1.5 inch - got to laugh and smile. I put it down to a misprint in the book (and the lack of 30 year's of plumbing experience y the assistant) great store and products.
