What a fantastic festive experience we had. All brought together by will behind the bar. He knew all of my party's drink orders after one round and made the night a roaring success from start to finish. Will is the man.
Will at the bar is an absolutely wonderful server! He was so engaging and polite during our entire transaction! I would definitely come back to this place only if it meant that I could be served by Will again! The atmosphere and prices are also very good! But the real shining light of this place is definitely Will!
Went here for Sunday lunch. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Had the Squash & Lentil Wellington Roast dinner. The food was a bit disappointing, and it felt like there wasn’t enough staff during busy hours. The atmosphere was warm and inviting though!
Went for lunch here yesterday and would highly recommend! Food was really tasty and great value with very good portion sizes too. The staff were very friendly and welcoming! The only fault is on their website they have a large and very good menu. However, I think this menu is out of date as the one we were given when we visited was different and had less options. Only for this, it would easily be a five star review.
Lovely pub and I'd give the food 7.5/10.. although make sure they don't sit you next to the beer garden door..very cold .we've had to sit there two times on a run..better place for a drink I think..good atmosphere
Lovely pub, delicious food, friendly staff, clean and free of any foul odours, pictures are of the Burger Sliders main, the Fish finger Panini main, and the Southern Fried Chicken Burger main. Very filling!
