   Tried to login to stax online today no Hope? Had to travel all way to Leeds and hope there was everything in store I needed! I found no diesel catalytic cleaner. On any of the shelves in motor dept! Settled with the injection cleaner for now ! Staff were excellent and very helpful, even one lovely lady down in the glue dept said good morning to me ! I’ve never had that before as I always assume the staff are battle worn tired and looking forward to having at least Saturday off? I personally miss the Saturday opening as I do not like shopping on Sundays with all the commotion! But like I say staff are real pleasant under the current crisis! Well done to them , I like the way I was given the saying have a lovely day from the till lady too! Also my final grind:- stop moving stuff all over the place ? So confusing and irritating! Takes me adges to find stuff! I’ve got arthritis you know!

   I been coming to Stax for years & when the dawn lady is working never no staff or communication she was rude a few times. She is always chatting away & ignoring the fact we tradesmen have jobs to go do & customers waiting. Very disappointing that I have to write a review & I am hoping higher up management will fix the problem.

   Great hardware, gardening & housewares supplier. I have dealt with them for years and Fiona is absolutely fantastic to deal with. Always great stock levels, fantastic pricing and and deliveries are prompt but more importantly 100% correct everytime!    We use them almost every week, we get our stock from them, kitchen units, bathroom suits all sorts. Great staff, good system and nice people. Like everything we check prices on items and most of the time Stax is our cheaper option. WE are very happy regular customers and I'm so glad they keep people out who are not actually trade........ it truly is a [lace for trade people.
