   What a lovely pub, Karen very kindly let us park our motorhome overnight here surrounded by fields and countryside. The pub has a friendly, cosy atmosphere adorned with old photographs and frequented by friendly locals. We had an excellent evening meal that was so substantial that I couldn't finish it and was tasty and welll cooked. Two meals two rounds of drinks £49! Honestly a really great place to visit (especially if you have a motorhome!)

   We have visited twice recently got the steak and clay shooting package and I'd highly recommend it especially for new shooters. It's a lovely family atmosphere with zero pressure and loafs of fun. Shooting is completed safely with instructions for those that need it. This is followed by a hearty meal and dessert ....I wholly recommend you try it. This is how local pubs should be ....friendly , great home cooked food and good bar prices.
