Wanted to collect a Ford Fiesta rear bumper I saw the company had advertised Ebay. I messaged and got a pleasant response but then nothing. Mailbox was full, no-one answered the phone and no-one got back to me. I felt so disappointed and let down as I couldn't drive the car, and it's just before Christmas.
AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! Do not buy from this company. They are fraudsters, and con artists and I only wish I had read other people’s reviews before I used them. They lie, they are rude and unhelpful. I paid £293 for an item I did not receive. They admit I did not receive it as they didn’t send it!! However trying to get an honest refund from them is impossible! My bank have had to step in! I’ve been given false proof of refund to PayPal (I didn’t pay with PayPal???!!!). They are just not an honest business so please do not do business with them unless you are happy to be ripped off!
Needed a replacement bonnet. Guys here were really quick and helpful. Got the bonnets swapped in 30 mins. Decent price and no complaints
Absolutely great family run business, took the time and effort to help me find all the parts I needed to get my car on the road and even fitted them for me I will always appreciate this place here is some befores and after!
AVOID: Ordered a bumper, bonnet and door for a fiesta. bumper and bonnet we received damage and the door we never received at all! We spoke to Lorna on a few occasions over the phone asking to be refunded for all the parts as we cannot use them, she was friendly and said to email photos which we did, she said she received them and that the couriers must have damaged the parts as they didn't leave them in that condition and that she'd speak to them, we never got an update every time we called (when they would answer!!) they said they were "still waiting" or that they didn't know what was happening and that they'd call back (which they never did) we've sent numerous emails which they never responded to. We just want our money back. They're a total joke and wouldn't recommend them to anyone and we won't be using them ever again. Wish we'd read the review before we ordered anything at all! Seems the only way you can get any response from this company is if you leave them a bad review - so here goes! *IN RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE: WOW- THATS THE QUICKEST YOU HAVE RESPONDED YET! WELL DONE YOU! If us signing for your wrapped items is the end of it then why did you keep palming us off for so long? why didn't you say that? and that doesn't answer why we had to do a charge back for the door we never recieved as you wouldn't respond to us. Yes we're writing this review 6 months later because this is a last resort to get a response from you. We're not having a laugh... as we don't find your joke of buisness funny at all! Why is it you only respond to your bad reviews? You should be acknowledging the good review while you still have them!
First time I’ve used these, ordered the part i needed on Tuesday and was delivered on Saturday, thought there might have been a problem with delivery as I live in Northern Ireland, great service easy to deal with definitely be using them again..
I ordered a steering rack which came within 2 days of ordering it. Unfortunately, it was damaged in transit. However, spoke to the owner who agreed to replace it without any additional costs or fuss. The part has since been fitted and currently working fine. Would use again if I need any parts in the future.
Thieves. Please do not buy from these guys. Scammers at the best. Faulty goods and then pass the blame on. Woman on phone is deceiving and not customer focused. Very good at taking money and selling. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! All evidence and proof can be provided
All sounded good on the phone, but didn't send the gearbox, then sent a gearbox which was clearly the wrong one as it was worse than the one coming out. Wouldn't give me a refund and said I had to accept a replacement. Still delayed blaming the couriers but told a few days when bought it. Told old one collected a few days later and a week it is still in garage with garage complaining. It's not their fault as they were on holiday last week. So why didn't they organise the collection last week when delivering. Clearly have no idea what they are doing. Said if it is more than a couple of days I will have to bring it home to be collected. She then told me collected tomorrow, based on courier times, I guess that is a lie and don't expect that to happen anytime soon. Don't buy from them, sure all is well when they do it right, they just don't want to know when they do it wrong, as it sounds like it is always someone else's fault. How dare I not be happy when they haven't had a holiday all year, and I didn't get what I was sold!!!! And they say they ARE a professional company!!
Do not buy from them even if they were the last breakers on Earth! Would not recommend to my worst enemy! I bought 2 doors and fender wing. They never sent me front door and never refunded me £170 for it. Sent me hatch rear door instead of estate one. Sent it in a horrible condition covered in sellotape for no reason. Refused to take it back and refund me another £170. Plus I've spent another £150 to pay mechanic as I was reassured that door is suitable. I rose a dispute with my bank and after bank called them they lied that they supplied everything. They will tell you they will call you back and will never do that. They will promise you to refund the money and you will never see your money again. Fighting with them for three month already. Avoid at any cost.
