   I'm a first-year Psychology student and I'd like to thank all the staff at Arden University Campus Manchester. I'd especially like to thank the Student Hub, which is made up of truly kind, cordial, and friendly people. I was impressed by how much effort this team puts into helping students; it's truly inspiring to see how dedicated they are to helping and supporting students. I'd like to give a special thanks to Becky Appleton, the Campus Manager in Manchester, who has been supporting me so much these past few weeks after I had some issues with the start of the new academic year. Becky is a truly kind person who puts her heart and soul into ensuring the well-being of every student. Her friendly yet professional manner is truly an inspiration to me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

   I’m currently studying online MSc Psychology and have found the staff and tutors supportive, helpful and professional. I’m really enjoying my course and the uni made it flexible and adaptable to suit me as I’m a full time mental health nurse. Therefore thank you Arden University. I highly recommend this uni.

   The only reason that I have joined this university is because they offer blending learning. Now, I am the second year and the support materials for the lessons they offer are very poor and I am glad that at least this year we met tutors that are more prepared than previous ones. But the conditions that they offer to the students are very poor. The classrooms are very cold, we need to wear our coats inside the class and there not even a kettle that we can make our drinks. Is only a microwave and some coffee machine that I cannot use because I am lactose intolerant.

   This University is actually one of the worst places that I went to in my life, I wish if I didn’t because it not worth it honestly. I did release that and when I decided to withdraw from the course they not even want me to even after I filled the withdrawal from and being waiting for over 2 weeks to confirm it to me that I’m not longer student at Arden university but they did not done that yet , maybe as a private university it’s all about the profit but I’m wasting my life away in university like this they can’t even do me one thing that I ask for!!! PEOPLE FOR YOU OWN SAFETY DO NOT GO TO ARDEN UNIVERSITY LTD Is it UNIVERSITY or A COMPANY?!?!?!!

   this university is uselss they dont even have the website working properly on assignment day and when a new modules released it doesnt even show up on your ilearn until you call them, ive wasted so much time that ill never get back because of this uni they cant sort out theyr online stuff at all its a mess every module
