Bought some drinks and then needed another single bottle of beer and was asked to pay a minimum card transaction fee of 20p as it was only £1.30. There is no minimums from the banks so why here. Voted with my feet and left. Walk to the coop. Only way to change is to go elsewhere.
We used to buy loads. Then price suddenly and greedily shot up for a certain prosecco by 1 pound. So stopped buying it. Then suddenly the price dropped , as no one buying it. Greed, greed, greed.

I purchased a bottle of wine from the Shop (Faustino Rose Rioja 200&) priced at £8.99... when I opened and sampled the wine it was clearly corked. So I returned the bottle to the shop and was refused a full refund... I was offered an exchange to the same wine (which I refused as this could and probably was a Corcked batch)... I then requested an alternative bottle of Wolfblas which was £1 cheaper... however the shopkeeper flatly refused to refund the £1 difference..... So my choice was a No refund, drink the corked wine of take a lesser priced bottle but pay over the odds for it... Given this choice I opted for the lesser priced wine at the moere expesive price.. however I strongly object to not been given a full refund..... Very poor (and overpriced) wine...
