   Dreadful customer service. You walk in and stand waiting at the counter for an age. Literally nobody looks up or even acknowledges that you are there to the point it makes you feel really awkward. Won’t be using again

   Love this place. Staff are so helpful and friendly, and go the extra mile to get you what you need. For example, if they can't get a part in for you they always will write the part number down. I have found this very useful with e bay and so on. Just little things like this makes such a big difference which has had me using Jim Barker's for many years.
