   The guy who's the Manager at the Wigan Branch is the most arrogant person I've ever come across in a customer facing role , he is the worst front of house spokes person I have ever come across in my life I told him that too ... after reading a few other reviews I can see why ... also they damaged my t6 rear bumper and never refitted the reflector properly which has subsequently fallen out now and I have had to buy another ... Aeron at Manchester depot superb Guy at wigan counter Manager the worst Experience in my Life I had to walk out ..... after being wound up ..Be warned don't go here

   Went there and asked him just about look for the towbar fuse, as had a problem with it and never done this job me. I’ve told him it’s simple thing as the company who’s assembled me tow bar told me where’s the fuse. So he told me he knows better where the fuse is, told me he won’t listen to me or anyone else and he will have to take car to workshop and straight away count one hour of work what’s 75 quid. After me telling him the company told me where’s the fuse, he just cocky been telling me to stay quiet as he knows better. Other garage changed me this fuse for free. He just smelled easy money. Don’t recommend people like this

   Phoned around for prices for a detachable tow bar for my son’s V40 R Design. Phil came back with the best quote and also excellent advice on which tow bar to go for with the neatest bumper cut as this was a big issue with the way the car looked for my son. Scott did an absolutely fantastic job fitting the tow bar and cutting the bumper so as not to be visible from behind. My son was delighted with the fitting. These guys did an excellent job from start to finish. Highly recommended.

   Excellent service from start to finish. They were very professional and installed a Westfalia detachable towbar on my VW T6 California is less than the time quoted. So pleased with the result as it is the same as OEM but at a much cheaper price. I would highly recommend PF Jones Wigan depot to anyone looking to have a towbar fitted.
