Spent Β£900 on a clutch which went missing during the delivery process. I was in touch with RTS within an hour of me getting notification it had been delivered to advised no one was at my address and it hadn't been signed for. They palmed me off for a few days and then provided PayPal with a false signature and said as far as they were concerned it had been delivered. I never got the item I paid for and they refused to refund my Β£900. I will never order anything from this company again and would strongly recommend everyone else to do the same. Customer service is shocking and their delivery method is not secure. AVOID AVOID AVOID The reviews for this company speak for themselves, I should have done more research before ordering from them. Shocking service! They 100% know I didn't get the item i paid for and they simply don't care. Just a glance through the reviews tells you all you need to know about them. REPLY: The "proof of delivery" was a picture of a box sitting on a closed doorstep and the signature provided was not my signature which RTS are fully aware of as I was in contact with them within an hour of the parcel being "delivered" from 100miles away from my address. The long and short of it is that I paid Β£900 for an item RTS are well aware I never received and done absolutely nothing to sort it out. Absolutely disgusting customer service and not a company with a secure delivery process. A false signature and a picture of a parcel sitting on a doorstep with the door closed is not "proof of delivery". Paypal are legally bound on both sides and advised me to go to consumer rights as they were unable to help based on the false signature. The way RTS treats their customers is plain to see in the many many reviews here they are well aware of exactly what happened, at no point reached out to a customer who had just given them Β£900 for a product that was never received. Absolute joke of a company.

Bought a clutch from these not so long ago and I went from 2nd to 3rd and my clutch pedal went straight to the floor. This clutch is rated to 450flb or torque and my car is 430nm. Had to pay for recovery and I have no idea if they will send me a new one or refund me

Absolutely shocking service from this company never again will I purchase a product from them as a first time customer I am absolutely disgusted the way the communication is and the false promises instead of criticising the comments maybe learn from your mistakes and take on board customer feedback. Been promised numerous amount of times by mark that it would be sent and delivered when requested guess what didnβt even get dispatched nor delivered for another week. When receiving the items my brake discs were not J hooked design which was requested when purchased and instead of silver plating they did a dark black useless company tried talking to Steve another useless person to deal with AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY LIE AND GIVE FAKE PROMISES.

Amazing amazing service. Would die for both mark and Steve with how much the helped me over the weekend!. I ordered a clutch kit for an s3 last Tuesday that was needed for Saturday. They built it Friday and sent it for next day delivery for the Saturday!, I had issues with the actual delivery company which was nothing to do with RTS themselves. Despite this they helped me track where it was! When the kit arrived it was clear that Iβd ordered the wrong kit && it was absolutely necessary that the car be off the ramp by Thursday. This now being Tuesday I spoke to both mark and Steve they managed to build me the correct one I needed by dinner time. Allowed me to drive and collect personally and swap for the wrong one & took it back no issues. Clutch went in perfect && car was back running by Tuesday evening. The clutch previously in the car was rts and drove well and lasted ages, was only replacing due to it being due. Amazing customer service and genuine people! Very much appreciated!

After placing my order in November 2024, I received the kit a few weeks later. Everything seemed all okay the quality of the product looked great. Upon fitting the friction plate and pressure plate was too big. RTS stated that it was fitment error and blamed me even though it was Simply too big. I was asked to send the kit back, they arranged 3 collections 2 of them going to the wrong address after clearly stating to them my address. They received the pressure plate in January and after 30 plus emails I finally received the pressure plate back after waiting 3 months, although they did forget to send the friction plate. After another 2 weeks of emails I received my friction plate. Which was not the same plate I ordered I received the organic single friction even though I purchased the twin friction. I had the new and improved kit fitted. After following their bedding in procedures, I started to hear a grinding noise coming from the gear box after less than 200 miles. After removing it I found that the clutch friction plate it self had collapsed, the clutch fork had been grinding against the pressure plate and so has the release bearing collapsed. I contacted RTS about this issue and have heard nothing about it, I tried ringing but no answer. Please avoid as after 7 months of hassle and issues the clutch only lasted 200 miles

Purchased Performance Brake Discs for my Range Rover Sport 2015 model. J-Hook design for the front and rear along with RTS-62 Brake pads. Delighted with the quality and had them fro over 2 years now. I have them also on my Golf R but in dimpled and grooved design and they have easily withstood 2 track days already.

Where do I even start! Avoid at all costs Had a performance clutch fitted by RTS. It started giving me issues from the beginning. After various visits of them saying nothings wrong and me getting angry they replaced it under warranty to find there was damage to the flywheel (so they explained). 1000 miles in to the second clutch it started to fail again. They will tell you lifetime warranty & how great their product is until it breaks & they tell you its your fault. Don't bother! If you're looking for a performance clutch just pay a little more for something that will last & not give you a headache.

Unfortunately the tuner's that were doing my car favoured fitting an RTS clutch Clutch nearly put car on fire after 3000 miles, lucky for me the csc seal's melted before any more heat could be generated RTS blame everyone and everything apart from their products They did say they were going to reface the clutch I sent back but was contaminated with fluid...yes the fluid that leaked from over heating Why would a 3000 mile clutch need refaced....enough said!!!

RTS Performance, the WORST company known to man. Ordered a Clutch for my Renault Clio on the 17th of August. Initially I was told that there was an issue with the backing plate which I was assured would arrive the following week. Despite promises from RTS that they would call me back to advise when the part would be received, no contact was made. Towards the end of the week I called up RTS and was advised the clutch would be shipped on the Friday and a tracking number provided. No tracking number was ever provided, during the course of the week commencing the 30th of August I was told my clutch had been shipped to Belgium apparently. I was then told that the clutch would finally be sent on the 3rd of September. Called up on the 3rd of September, was told by Steve Rogers that the clutch would be sent early the following week. Clutch was ready to go. Called up RTS the following week to be told the clutch was not ready. At this point I had enough of their lies or incompetence and asked for a refund. Despite being told promptly that a refund would be due, I am still waiting for said refund. this has lead me to needing to involve my bank to request the money back from RTS. DO NOT USE RTS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, THERE ARE MUCH BETTER COMPANIES OUT THERE.
