Finally got to visit after many years. A great place with an excellent selection of engineering tools. And of course lots of Myford stuff. Very helpful staff. Definitely be visiting again for things I 'must have' !
Excellent company. Very pleased with the service they provide and the quality of the tools.
Bought a mini engineering lathe from here, they stated it was sent out on the Friday and would be with me the following Tue/Wed, when it wasn't delivered I queried the order only to be told it had not been sent out due to a printer failure and they would send it out on Friday, I finally got the Lathe today, I am happy with the product but not with the service.
They’ve got Absolutely everything in there you can think of engineering wise, really nice people to popped in for a little fitting no one had anywhere not only did they have it they gave it me, said put it if you come back next time definitely will thanks guys saved my day,
What a place! Never seen so much engineering equipment, large and small, on display. Staff were helpful beyond belief and I thoroughly enjoyed my time in the store!

Shipping costs horrendous, tool costs : £5.50 shipping to mainland additional: £13,50 (!!) (Thanks to Brexit additional tax here €7.20...so altogether £25.- for a £5.50 tool) Cannot believe that an envelope (40 grams) to Europe costs this much. Additional tax is not only added to tool but also on shipping costs ! RDG might consider their shipping costs again.
Have made several orders online here. Every product has been excellent, pricing superb and low threshold for free shipping. Staff helpful too. Have also heard very good things from people who have actually visited the store.
