   Some nice staff. Some are helpful. But don't bother using if you need to make a warranty claim. You will be fobbed off and sent round the houses till your blue in the face Which if your a business will end up you out of pocket to help your customers

   Ordered a part October 2020 for my Audi TT. Part, failed 12 months 2 weeks later. Phoned General traffic and would not offer me help. Got their supplier number phoned them and very un helpful and reverted me back to General Traffic. Spoke to head office and they were helpful to a point, but refused to give a partial refund as their offer of a replacement part was the same model and supplier. They advised that despite been owned by a major group they could not help with a partial refund & I know I face another 200 bill to get the part fixed. They confirmed that the parts they get off their supplier were quite a few times no good and they had to return them!!!! SO WHY ORDER MORE ?????? NO RESPECT TO YOUR CUSTOMER This company NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL IM NOW LEFT WITH A £400 BILL TO GET A £180 BILL FIXED. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL
