This place is great! I use this place to send off all my parcels they are friendly and always helpful. They do DpD, DHL, Royal Mail & EBay parcels. A Excellent fast service & polite staff always!

I had a deeply unpleasant and offensive experience in this shop. As a Black woman, I was treated with open disrespect and hostility by the owner, who I believe acted in a discriminatory and racist manner. His attitude was completely disgusting—dismissive, rude, and clearly biased. There was no reason for how I was spoken to or treated, other than prejudice. No one should have to deal with that kind of treatment when simply trying to shop. I strongly advise other Black people—and anyone who values respectful customer service—to avoid this shop. The way I was treated made it painfully clear that I was not welcome, and no one deserves to be made to feel that way.
Love this place, fantastic customer service always with a smile, very helpful staff especially the Asian guy on the till. Good range of products and great location! I recommend this store to all!
Avoid this terrible store!!! Extremly terrible customer service, one of the staff members is very rude,he shouted at me calling me rude when I went there to pick up my parcel, I just asked for my parcel showing him the order number and he rudly asked where is the barcode , I said I don't know, I just got this text, but he staterd ahouting at me, nstead of instruting me to find the barcode. I wish I have read the reviews on this store first. I will never visit thos store again. He is one of the horrible people I have ever seen, the parcels were all on the floor and he arrogantly picking them and then dropping them back on the floor and kicking the packages.somehow I managed to find the barcode but he kept ignoring me for a long time and serving other customers. The other staff members were nice, I feel bad for them working with that scary rude man. I With there was a zero star option.
What’s the best shop in Birmingham? Simply local! I promise you the greatest variety of goods ever as well as the best staff ever who treat you nicely and respectfully.
Today when i went into the shop and asked a staff member: Do you have any jobs? he was walking away when i was talking to him. How rude was that? You don't walk away didn't talk to me properly I will not be coming to this shop.
Bloody awful customer service (even if they know what the meaning of that is!) Stood at the counter while the shop worker I could imagine is the owner by the look of him was on phone and took me a while to get served. Didn't even say anything to me. Just be careful where you choose to spend your money!
Very rude large Asian guy works here. He thinks he owns the place. Will not be returning to this store as it's very off-putting.
Rude staff member behind the till who went out of his way to insult me and make me feel unwelcome. He told me to hurry up or get out because he needed the toilet and he was making high pitched noises. He directed me to the convenience store upstairs which although was more expensive provided a great customer experience. I do not recommend. It was a surreal experience.
