    The site and the staff were excellent, what let it down was the system you use, I purchased items online, received confirmation, went to pick up the order only to find by the staff in the yard that you didn't have any and have hadn't for quite a long time as per your staff, a wasted journey for me and a big interruption to my build, and now ended up with a crappy credit note.
