   I bought a garden bench £169 from this companies ebay shop.When I went to assemble it then there was a part missing.I had purchased the bench 2 months prior and hadn't assembled due to weather conditions .When I informed them of the missing part then I was told that I would have to pay an extra £6 for them to send it out to me.I find it totally unacceptable to pay £6 postage for something that I have already paid for.Rubbish company,bad customer services..AVOID

   My experience is poor customer service. Had to hang around in a cold unheated showroom in winter for nearly 10 minutes to to served while a young lady went to find someone to deal with my enquiry. I could clearly see the person that eventually came to the counter finishing his cigarette in the back office. I later had to phone repeatedly to try and get a response in order to check some dimensions but knobody ever got back to me even though I had left my number with two different people. They didn't get my business.
