Its as it should be, staff friendly even in this hot weather! Difficult for us all, just wish they would stock decent levels, not just 1 item when at least 2 is needed! Then got to mess about goung to harworth or worksop!!

A good Screwfix. Could do with a mechanics next door to replace your suspension every time you go. Those speed bumps are completely unnecessary and totally aggressive. I'd contend they aren't legal.
They weren't volunteering any help. Really lacked interpersonal skills. I had forgotten to note the code of the items I needed but I did have a full description. I was handed a catalogue to find the item codes. I had to ask if someone could lift the radiators into my car but was told that they weren't supposed to by the saleswoman. I clearly wouldn't able to lift them so they had 2 choices. Thankfully, the chap who pushed them out put them into my car. Very poor customer care.
What a lovely helpful place. I didn't know the names of the items I wanted and did the female description and Julie behind the counter deciphered and found all the items I wanted, another lady customer came in and also wanted help in deciding what to buy and Dean helped her buy and fill a small toolbox as a gift for her daughter. I am beginning to see a trend of female DIYers here. We ended up having a lovely discussion accompanied by the complimentary coffee. What a totally pleasant experience this was. Well done.
The staff were incredibly helpful, I'm a novice DIY'er, they went above and beyond their job description. I came out of the shop with the right product for the job and paid a lot less than I thought it would cost. Plenty of parking and disabled access to shop.
