   Went to send 2 parcels, the lady who owns the shop couldn’t have been more rude. She said “it’s not scanning, it’s your printer” so I asked if she can input the number and she said “no I can’t do that” when she could’ve as the girl a few days before did. She said well I can’t do that and that was it. They may have been there a long time but clearly if you’re the same colour then they don’t want to help. Shame that people behave that way towards their own. Never bothering to go there again. Went to another shop and both parcels scanned straight away. Clearly this lady doesn’t know her job

   Been shopping here for a decade! Great people & local convinience + great offers (not everything is cheap, some things more expensive than Asda). But I enjoy poppin in when I can to utlise any offers, staff is always helpful and friendly
