Have to agree he is the rudest shop owner I’ve ever come across. Couldn’t be any less helpful.

Could not be less helpful. Could be a wonderful little local store but unfortunately it is not! And fully agree with other reviews, the guy is insanely rude. It’s incredible. Reviews suggesting great customer service are being ridiculous.

I have always found the counter service here to be rude, usually accompanied by a complaint such as “drop your parcel off before midday next time” or “sort your printer out” because a label is proving difficult to scan. I will not use again.

Like other reviewers, the owner seems to have a chip on his shoulder, no customer service whatsoever and moans when you want to drop off or even collect! You get a grilling if you don’t collect on same day or drop off after 5!

Great local shop with pretty much anything you might need. Friendly staff and service

Nice owner. Variety of goods in the shop. From food and snacks to small bits of office equipment. Also does gas and electricity top ups. Excellent

  2. Natasha Subi ★★★☆☆

Could do with an up grade in decor but has all your local goods and alcohol tobacco and also has Evri postal service and UPs

  3. Jonah Roberts ★★★★★

Great shop and great customer service always have plenty in stock and good for parcel drop off and pick up too

Popped in here yesterday for a couple of bits and pieces. Had to get a some things out the freezer which looked like it needed a good defrosting tbh. Got home and opened what i purchased, a pack of frozen burgers which the box was full of ice and the burgers themselves were incased in ice and the same for a box of fish fingers. Both looked like they had been defrosted and re-frozen. Needless to say, neither were fit for consumption so had to bin both items. Just opened the bread which i also purchased and that is stale and hard and also unfit to eat. I dont live close so wasnt worth bringing the items back but obviously will not be using this shop again. £6 straight in the bin! Thanks. Please sort your freezer out before you make someone ill!
