Teachers are generally good and the small group sizes has been a benefit. However the company are awful to communicate with. Additionally, they have cancelled lessons on a number of occasions but include no information in the cancellation emails/texts about having to complete an online form to request a refund (which will take up to 20 working days for us to receive). If you don't request within 30 days then tough. It's a frustrating system but made worse by the compete refusal of the company to include any information about this when they cancel (it's in the t&cs but it feels sneaky to never mention it)

I would like to start by saying that the trainers are second to none. They are extremely competent and make the experience great. We have been very lucky with them- so 5 stars to them. But dealing with the company is horrendous ! So for those poor souls (like me) who didn’t know - if your lesson is cancelled you will have to go to the website and fill up a form for refund or call them for a refund. And if you have left it for more than 30 days , you will never see your refund. In this day and age - This should all be automated !! To filling up the form- Just this week filled form and had to follow up with two emails where in they are asking my DOB and URN no. saying that the information doesn’t match with the form. Well your form doesn’t have a DOB or a URN to begin with!! So obviously it won’t match !! Absolutely frustrating company to deal with!!

Really poor experiences here. The poolside is often chaotic, lessons start late and the quality of the lessons are inconsistent. Much of this depends on the teacher. It's been rare to have the same teacher twice since we moved to this centre in March. There doesn't seem to be any kind of curriculum or system that's followed and progress is inconsistent and not regularly tracked. Many of the 'fill-in' teachers have been much better than the 'regular' teachers even though they've never seen the kids swim before. Last week my child had a brilliant lesson with a stand in teacher who had the kids swimming for the full lesson and swimming without aids. Today they've bobbed about in armbands and noodles, done hardly any swimming and sat on the side for 15 minutes getting cold and bored. We're now having to go swimming as a family regularly just to progress. At this point, there's not much point in continuing with these lessons. They're a complete waste of time.

Actually started well and, teachers seemed reasoanably good then quickly to....... Awful, really REALLY bad, had 3 kids here, regularly cancelled lessons at the last minute and a refund process that should be automatic that takes and manual and Phd to navigate...... boardering fraudulently taking your money - they owe me close to £200 and refusing to pay. Also they intentionally keep your kids at the same level - because they don't manage space in classes effectively so there's no room in the next class for your kids to progress. Even thought it's difficult to find swim lessons for kids in the area - DO NOT USE SWIM!!

Despite my daughter attending classes for over 2 years we have not seen the progress we would hope. She rarely had the same teacher which made it extremely difficult for them to assess her progress or actually provide the skills she needed to move on. On a number of occasions classes were put together due to staff absence far exceeding the cap on numbers that they claim to have. We have seen so many people start lessons and leave but we stuck at it. However, last night confirmed that we needed to leave. The centre was packed due to St Ambrose having an event. The Swim team were aware of this but no effort was made to sort out extra parking (not for the first time) and so my daughter missed her lesson yet again. No refund could be given to me despite it not being my fault and no apology was made. If you want appalling customer service, a different swimming teacher each week and less than adequate facilities then this is for you! If not, I suggest you look elsewhere.
