   Hi I had two concrete plinths put in under my wooden fence. Two young lads from Tower Fencing did the job. They had to remove the old concrete which was not an easy job. They cleaned up after too, excellent work ethic. I have no hesitation in recommending this company

   When I visited to order the fence panels, I was told they would be ready the day after. The man only took my mobile and a £20 deposit and said he'd ring me. 2 days passed. Nothing. I was not particularly concerned as there was no immediate hurry. I did think it odd he hadn't asked for my address as I would have thought there may be a delivery charge. When I rang the same man (I think) said they were just dipping the panels and they'd deliver them tomorrow. Sure enough, someone else rang to confirm delivery and when I gave them my address he said there was a £15 delivery charge. Fair enough I guess for the 4.2 miles I am away. I also asked how they wanted paying and he said cash on delivery. I suppose I could have asked about delivery charge and method of payment but equally it would have been good customer service to volunteer this information. When the two men arrived I asked if they'd mind putting the panels in place. (they were replacements for ones that had come to the end of their life) One man said "Like f_ _ k we will" in an irritated gruff voice. I picked him up on the fact he'd just sworn at me. The other man attempted to explain in a more reasoned tone that fitting is extra. If you enjoy being sworn at following a polite enquiry, Tower Fencing is the place for you. Otherwise, I suggest you shop elsewhere.
