   Sarah and Carly were exceptional from the moment I met them! They are so knowledgable at what they do. We made a quick decision we wanted to put our first home on the market as we needed a bigger home for our growing family and Carly and Sarah knew this. They quickly put our house on the market within a few days of me contacting them! I found both of them friendly and approachable and they made a very stressful and nerve wracking time feel easy. They were quick to respond to any queries and were great at chasing the solicitors at the end of our journey! From us accepting an offer on our first home it was only 9 weeks to complete on our forever home! I would recommend Sarah and Carly to anyone wanting to sell their house!

   I chose Martin and Co once Carly came round to value our house. She was friendly approachable and listened when I said I didn’t want all the sales pitch spiel. She came in explained what happened and left it at that. No pressure at all. We had 2 sales with them, both Carly and Sarah went above and beyond contacting both buyers regularly and sorting out numerous issues we had with the buyers.
