   so just a heads up. If you go in to this branch with a t-shirt on with your business name on it And then try to pay for your items with a buisness account bank card (clearly states the buisness name on it) The middle aged lady that serves you will look over your shoulder at your phone screen while your finding your discount code (I'm sure this breaks some kind of confidentiality rule, let alone its just plane rude). And if you use a photo of the code and not the app will refuse to use the discount code. let me just say again I'm paying with a company buisness bank card!!! 1, other branches do not do this, just sutton in ashfield 2, wickes are about 10 percent more expensive than B and Q anyway so your not really gaining anyway by using it 3, surely a little common sense would have prevailed here, instead of nonchalantly tapping on a sign behind her. think next time I'll just travel the extra go b and q and save the drama!!

   Absolutely disgusted with how this place treated my husband the lady who served him “Susan” clearly needs an update on marriage calling him a liar and trying to refuse a refund because of his change of last name! If I could give this place a 0 star then I would!

   I’ve got nothing to say bad about their kitchens or bathrooms they just need to get their delivery service sorted absolutely shocking delivery driver is not happy moaning and groaning about everything all they want to do is just get off quick no customer care I was very stressed for two days I have give it one star because they would not let me post without putting one star on it would be 0 From me

   Called in to check out some tiles we were thinking about ordering. Ian, (a member of staff) couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The tiles were on offer so we decided to order them there and then. He really stood out as someone who made us feel welcome and even happy to be in there which isn't always the case in some places. Very impressed with the service we received from him.
