   Went in for a 1 metre length of window cill and was abruptly told they only sell 5 metre lengths. I mentioned I only needed a metre or two at the most, asked if he’d cut it down or any off cuts I could buy, wouldn’t even entertain me. Immediately told me a place I could potentially get some, but felt flogged off unless I was willing to buy 3 or 4 metres extra which I didn’t want. Bad customer service skills, I won’t be going back

   Some useless staff, emailed full details for a quote to be told I had to come in. I was then told that email doesn't explain anything, followed by someone else looking at it and saying yep that's fine. Wasted journey.

   Went through yesterday evening only to find the store was closed at 4-10 pm 'rechecked there store opening hours on there website which said closing time 5 pm. Went back today and got the items l needed and asked why it was closed, I was told it,s new closing time of 4 pm as been in force for almost a year now due to the covid restrictions first implimented if this is the case why DON,T you change the closing times on your website to save time and inconvenience.
